Cardio Power and Resistance Training – Round 2
Now that’s what’s up…
Amazing, I see improvements in places. I can kick out some power jumps! I’m not up for speed yet but I have the movement down must mean I am gaining strength in my lower abs, plus mastering the motion allows me to use my arms to propel me up.
This workout is INSANE push ups: V-Ups, tricep ball push-ups and moving push ups. The last two I still have no idea what I’m doing. I can’t forget the Happy Ending which consists of 8 hop squats and 8 push ups and for some reason I can never catch my breath during the push ups so I tend to hold it which is the worst thing you can do.
