Oh how I love the squat! Until I get a gym membership I will keep using my smaller children as body weights. 20-36 pounds, ya know.

You’ll be like Sampson, who carried a calf around the barn each day till six months later he was carrying a bull. Keep squatting with a child on each shoulder, and in some twenty years you’ll be ripped!
I love the squat…or at least usually I do. I have a squat rack in the basement, and so its’ so convenient to just wander a few steps and be there. I had taken a break from these over the summer and early fall – and just started doing them again recently. Such a great compound exercise! They are a staple again…

I love the squat. Don’t know why, but something about its compound goodness just gets me going. Sinking deep down, and then heaving back up, one controlled swoosh! Man oh man. I may not lift much, but what I lift, I enjoy doing so!
