Happy Thanksgiving from the Extreme Fitness Results crew!
We’re a new company, we’re growing fast, and we’re just bursting with reasons to give thanks this year. Thanks for having such an excellent team to work with, thanks for having such good friends and supporters encouraging and supporting us in our growth, thanks for working so hard to promote health, good nutrition and better living, and thanks for meeting so many exciting and educational people on the blog and in our general line of business.
2009 has truly been a year to give thanks for, and here at Extreme Fitness Results, we just wanted to share some of the love with you all, and wish you the very best of holidays, and good eating!*
*Ahem. Remember, eat healthy, small portions, exericse–oh, forget it. Just have fun!
Congrats on your success& hope you had a great one too!!!! I exercised turkey day morn as my gym was open & made choices on what to eat later. I am not one to go crazy anymore.. all that food just makes me fell UGH afterwards. I pick the treat or treats I really want & otherwise I enjoy my turkey & good veggies & this works for me. I understand if people want to just ENJOY & I have no probs with that but for me, this works & I always feel better after rather than weighed down.
Thanks Jody! I also hit the gym on thanksgiving since I was planning to attend a tgiving lunch AND dinner, and knew I’d need the appetite. Turns out was a smart move, and unlike yourself, I practiced little discretion and simply wolfed down a ton of excellent, home cooked food!
Happy belated turkey day. I am with Jody and Phil. Moderation, picking your treats but also having fun. Eating is not the only fun part of the holidays! It’s about feeling good about your choices, about making the right choices and sharing special times with friends and family. Having some control and picking healthy options in the end makes me feel better during the season (not to say sometimes i slip up!). Keep up the great work guys!
