They created the 90 day Rev Abs program, an amazing new method of helping you lose fat, build strength and shred your core all at once. Applying the principles that he learned along his career, Brett was able to put together a tough but fun workout that blended his passion for Brasilian capoeira, his knowledge of cardio and resistance training into one awesome whole.
Brett Hoebel is a man of great curiosity and drive. His background includes certification in a wide variety of disciplines and physical pursuits, from the demanding Hatha yoga to the proud tradition of Kettle Bell instruction. A professional Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist, he furthers his knowledge of health and fitness by having also studied Olympic Lifting, prenatal and postpartum conditioning and more. His passion for Brasil and Thailand are evident in his pursuit of Capoeira and Muay Thai kickboxing, making him an incredibly rounded trainer who can approach fitness from all angles.
