If you are over the age of 50, female, menopausal, this product will not work for you. Did they not mention that???? I have been doing this program for 7 weeks now and have NOT lost an inch or one single pound. All I got was an injuried back. DO NOT purchase this product if you are female, over 50 and menopausal!!!!

I am sorry to hear that the poster above is having trouble with Insanity.
I have had fibromyalgia for 27 years, went through menopause prematurely after my child was born (at age 29) and just finished 60 days of Insanity. It worked (I look very different), and it eliminated (yes….I really wrote that) most of my fibromyalgia symptoms (except the Raynaud’s, which is ok…I can live with it).
Maria, try this again! Yes, it was the hardest 60 days I have experienced, and yes, I had every excuse in the world not to try/succeed (I am a full time professor, full time mom; in the spring I always work 2 jobs at two different universities; I have no personal assistant, cook, or nanny; and my husband travels, etc), but about month 2, my body changed.
I will be posting my experience on a website via wordpress once I get my data together.
TRY IT AGAIN! I have hope for you!
