What if you are not losing weight?
It’s important to remember that the scale may not always give you a true sense of what is going on with your body, so don’t feel like something is not working. If you want to be proactive, try the following:

1- Recalculate your calories
2- Reduce your calories by 100-150 (Never go lower than 1300)
3- Eat every 2-3 hours.
4- Make sure you don’t drink alcohol or sodas – these calories count but they are “bad” calories.

What if you are not gaining the weight/muscle that you desire?
To increase your muscle mass you must be getting enough protein and calories. You may want to consider adding 100-150 calories per day. Be sure these calories include high-quality protein, such as eggs, turkey, chicken, beans or fish.
