Looking for Good Shakeology Recipes?

We all know how delicious Shakeology is, but how many of us stop and reflect on how amazing that fact is given just how many incredible ingredients go into the mix? Far from being a foul smelling mulch that you might expect, the Chocolate and Greenberry flavors are instead delicious and incredibly palatable. Many of us however enjoy mixing these powders in with a host of other ingredients to make a variety of delicious Shakeology mixes, and in this article we’re going to take a look at the most popular recipes so that you can adapt your shakes for any meal or time of day with both success and incredible taste!

The first recipe is a personal favorite of mine. Take a scoop of Chocolate Shakeology and add the following:

• 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
• ½ cup of frozen blueberries
• ½ cup of frozen strawberries
• 1 scoop of whey protein isolate
• 1 cup of fat free milk

Blend those together, and you get the perfect post-workout shake, with as much protein, carbs and vitamins and minerals as you could need. I add more or less frozen fruit depending on how much like a sorbet I want my result to be. Given that I live in Florida, I often err on the side of more.

If you’re looking for a mid-morning combo, try this recipe, again with Chocolate Shakeology. It’s enough to drive a monkey crazy:

• 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
• 1 banana
• 1 tbsp of peanut butter
• 1 cup of fat free milk

This one will pack plenty of punch in terms of protein and fat, and will help you wait for lunch without suffering any hunger pangs.

If you want something that’s fruitier and lighter, then it’s time to break out the Greenberry Shakeology. Try the following on a hot afternoon for complete refreshment:

• 1 scoop of Greenberry Shakeology
• ¼ cup of frozen blueberries
• ¼ cup of frozen raspberries
• ¼ cup of frozen strawberries
• 1 cup of almond milk

Finally, if you’re looking for a simple morning recipe, something to have in place of breakfast that you can take on the run without feeling too heavy or weighed down, try this breakfast shake:

• 1 scoop of Greenberry Shakeology
• ½ cup of orange juice
• ½ cup of water
• 1 banana
• Ice to taste

This last recipe is what you drink to treat yourself. Not all meal replacement shakes that you make with Shakeology have to be lean and mean; this one is positively decadent, a treat for a hard day’s work:

• 1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
• 1 scoop of vanilla icecream
• ½ cup of frozen strawberries
• 1 banana
• 1 cup of fat free milk

So there you have it! Whether you want something light for breakfast or decadent for dessert, Shakeology can be modified to fit your every need and mood. Simply add, blend, and taste, and soon you will have your own list of delicious recipes to suit any occasion!
