You’re going to kick it right off, no break, working through a variety of standing techniques. Seriously people, this is going to brun! You are going to do a wide array of knee raises, oblique turns, and then back into the knee raises from the straight.
Think that’s easy? Try Hammer Time! Standing straight, raise your leg straight before you and then out to the side. Make it burn, people! Do both sides, and then it’s the Super Flava Hoop, moving from side to side, burning with a final sprinting finish! You need to go all out, hold nothing back, because these five minutes have to be made to count. Tilt as far as you can, go as fast as you can, and you’ll get results!
